Continents Apart, LLC is looking for an Account Services Team Member with a passion for excellence to join our international account services team of the drop shipping department.

Working with us as Account Services Team Member you will be responsible for

• product listing,
• listing maintenance on various retailers,
• optimization of listed items and pre-listing content optimization,
• account troubleshooting through retailer’s ticket systems and email.

You need to have good written and spoken English. Understanding of Excel VLOOKUP and other basic formulas is crucial since you will be handling large data.
This is a remote position, you will be working from home and your internet connection has to be stable (with backup options) with at least 3MB/s speed.
Although remote our team is tightly nit, we hold daily huddles to discuss our tasks, business day, challenges (also we have a daily topic - discussion on anything from TV shows to philosophy or literature).
